Strawberry Spinach Snack Smoothie
Into the same blender, (after washing it, of course) place the following salubrious items:
6 chopped fresh medium strawberries
Half an apple, cored
a sprig of fresh mint
2 generous handfuls of fresh baby spinach
Cold water to desired consistency
Fire up your machine and within 1 minute you will delight your taste buds with sweet-tart antioxidant goodness!
