Clean Human Power Food

Putting the right stuff in your mouth is often a challenge in this fast food-saturated world in which we live. Do yourself a favor and eschew processed substances with their plethora of unpronounceable ingredients and farcical proclamations of salubrity.

Unfortunately, “health food”  has unjustly acquired the reputation of tasting like pre-masticated cardboard seasoned with desiccated bat guano. Happily, “good for you” does not have to mean gustatorially repugnant!

Instead of defiling yourself with some vile form of synthesized product masquerading as food, try one of the following rave-worthy smoothies! They have been Strongility-tested to be not only nutritious, but also delicious!

Yummy, healthy foods- not so good together in a smoothie!

They do not require culinary mastery, precise measuring, or much time. You don’t need to know how to julienne, blanch, or even dice.

Banana Protein Breakfast Blast

Simply fling into a blender (I recommend the NutriBullet) the following ingredients:

1 ripe organic banana

2 palmfuls of salted peanuts

2 scoops of whey protein powder (Please don’t use any kind with artificial color, flavor or sweetening; that would defeat the purpose!)

A dash of real vanilla extract

Organic whole milk to desired consistency.

Blend to smooth deliciousness and sip with gusto! Guaranteed to provide the vigor and vim needed to face your day!

Healthy Breakfast yumminess!

Strawberry Spinach Snack Smoothie

Into the same blender, (after washing it, of course) place the following salubrious items:

6 chopped fresh medium strawberries

Half an apple, cored

a sprig of fresh mint

2 generous handfuls of fresh baby spinach

Cold water to desired consistency

Fire up your machine and within 1 minute you will delight your taste buds with sweet-tart antioxidant goodness!
